- "All our products are shipped from Pakistan, and unfortunately, reverse shipping is not economically feasible for us, so we are unable to provide you with the option to return the items.
- For the same reason as mentioned, we won’t be able to offer a replacement option in case you choose the wrong size.
- We kindly request you to refer to the size chart before purchasing the product or feel free to email us at care@FandomZone.com if you require pre-sale assistance.
- However, we do offer a refund for printing/manufacturing defects or in the case of delivery failure.
- To file for a refund, please email us at care@FandomZone.com with your “(Order number)_returns” in the subject field within 3 days of receiving the product, including an explanation of the issue.
- These refunds are facilitated through PayPal or the original payment method only.
- If for any reason you choose not to pay duties/taxes (which might or might not be charged depending on your country's rules) and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping & import charges we incur during the round trip back to Pakistan. If the total charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.
- If you want to cancel your order: Please send an email within 24 hours of placing the order for cancellation/modifications.
- To cancel or modify your orders, just drop a mail at care@FandomZone.com mentioning the changes to be made to the order. Don’t forget to mention your order ID as well.
- For modifications – please write “Modify My Order” in the email’s subject along with the order number."
