8. **Multiple Replacements:**
- Rs. 350 shipping fee applies for each subsequent replacement within the same order.
9. **Packaging and Labeling:**
- Securely pack items to prevent loss or damage during transit and include the order number on the package.
10. **Return/Refund Process Duration:**
- Replacement: Shipped within 3-5 days of product return.
- Refund: Initiated within 3-5 days of product return.
- Please allow 3 to 12 working days for credit/debit card or net banking refunds to reflect in your account; e-wallet refunds should be available within 24 hours.
- Customers are responsible for shipping products back to FandomZone.
